Description
CNC cutting system that is portable and economical. It can be
equipped with plasma, oxy-fuel or both. With plasma, can cut mild
steel or aluminum up to 20 mm (3/4 in.), or stainless steel up to
15 mm (5/8 in.) With an oxy-fuel torch, it can cut mild steel up to
100 mm (4 in.) thick. The easy-to-use CNC includes a library of 24
common shapes that can be configured and cut with a few
key-strokes, and without any programming. also comes with
programming software that will convert CAD drawings into CNC files,
and a USB port for quick & easy program transfer. It is available
with 4’ x 4’ or 5’ x 10’ cutting areas.
Application
Portable Flame and Plasma CNC cutting machine is mainly used in all
kinds of metal plates (such as: carbon,steel, stainless steel,
aluminum, low alloy steel, aluminum alloy), but also in the complex
pattern of the above materials Processing.
Main Features:
1. Use Keys and digital buttons for parameter adjustment and
operation, easy using.
2. Inner arc voltage dividing PCB, covered by metal all angle,
compact size, better anti-interference.
3. Arcing relay and arcing ok relay adopt Omron power relay, stable
working.
4. Input signal real-time electric level can be observed during all
working process.
5. Different work process closured independently, make sure no
wrong operate.
6. In the cutting process, can real-time monitor if arcing real
happens. If arcing break in the middle way, THC will inform CNC
system and close arcing relay, avoid blank arcing under arc
breaking.
7. In the process of automatically THC, make sure actual arcing
always follow set arc, without static difference.
8. Arc voltage set value can be changed, to adjust the cutting
torch height during cutting.
